About the event
In Ayurveda, the Fall/Winter ❄️ seasons are known to stir up Vata and Kapha Doshas. The air and ether elements are increased inviting dry skin, coldness, scattered thoughts, anxiety and forms of depression. This is the time we want a warm diet, calming and rooted thoughts, to focus on our stability and comfort, and perform grounding activities such as Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
For this season, we will be enjoying a slow-paced, grounded yoga flow every week that will leave you feeling present, strong and supported! This is a good time to start a Winter mental health routine of showing up on the mat to create heat to counterbalance the cold, and melt away any excess baggage and built up energies and toxins from last season!
