Service Description

2 meetings which include: -1st meeting: Report of findings/plan meeting 1.5-2 hours which includes recommendations for lifestyle & diet changes implementing 1-2 changes at a time, recommended yoga, pranayama, meditation + seasonal & herbal recommendations based on your health needs. You will be provided with a detailed healing plan outlining our counseling session. This healing plan will be your guide as you implement the recommended changes discussed during the 1st meeting. -2nd meeting: Follow up meeting 6-8 weeks following the initial counseling session, lasting up to 1 hour to discuss in depth questions, reviewing and revising plan where necessary plus additional recommendations. 1 Herbal box: Recommended herbs are included in this package, one month supply of each, anywhere from 3-5 Ayurvedic herbal formulas depending on health needs and goals.
