Service Description

One hour of sound bathing using various healing instruments including singing bowls! These sessions do not include meditation, breath work, or yoga and are strictly sound! Your practitioner will create Theta waves to induce brainwave entrainment allowing the mind and body to rest and melt into the soothing vibrations orchestrated by your practitioner serenading you into a cosmic-celestial experience! Just want to relax and escape? This is perfect for you! During this hour, your nervous system can take a break from the day-to-day stress, and fight or flight to allow for healing and rejuvenation! Sometimes all you need is a minute to do nothing, be nothing....give yourself 60 of them!
