Do you have a gathering of friends and loved ones, or a special event coming up? No better addition to the itinerary than a nice, deep, extended Yoga Nidra and sound bath in the morning as the sun rises, or in the evening as the sun is setting for your group! This service is available all year long due to our amazing weather in Arizona! What is included in your 90minutes: Hatha Yoga Breath work Guided Meditation and Imagery (Yoga Nidra) Full Soundbath - take an out-of-body trip! Literally! Included: Spare mats for your group Lavender eye pillows This is for a group up to 10, for 11+ please reach out for pricing *Some locations will include a travel fee which will be emailed in an invoice after you book!
