Dandelion root, Chicory root, Burdock root, Cardamom, Black Peppercorns, Orange Peel, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cacao, Ginger, Star Anise, Allspice, Nutmeg, Rose Petals, Damiana, Shatavari root
Side Effects:

Preparation:
Add 2 tsp per 1 cup of boiling water, reduce heat to medium-low for 3-5 minutes, add 1 tsp of coconut sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, stirm turn to low heat, and add nut milk until warm, strain, and enjoy!
Enhancements: Add coconut oil or ghee, dash with nutmeg, add an extra 1/2 tsp of ground Shatavari root.
Recommended Use:
Drink 1-2 cups twice daily.
