Our 60-minute sessions use various healing instruments, including singing bowls, to create soothing waves to promote a restful environment. During the session, our practitioner will induce Theta waves to help your mind and body relax and melt into the vibrations of the instruments. This is not a meditation, breath work, or yoga session, but a strictly sound experience.
